If you are in danger, first contact the Police! Contact your HR if you feel comfortable (remember, they represent your employer, not you!). Don't sign anything!
I am not a lawyer or HR person. I am a PhD in Biology and work independently as a consultant in drug development. Thus, I'm not dependent on any institution in LA.
I'm not afraid of retaliation by my employer. Of course I am scared to step up. But not so scared that I won't try to help you.
I have experienced sexual violence myself. You know the good news? I have moved on. So can you!

I started MetooBioLA because I am fed up with sexual predators taking advantage of our beautiful Los Angeles Biotech community.
I am tired of predators being protected, promoted, put into positions to do their dirty business, ruin lives, and exploit what we all built for their depraved needs.
